Delivery & Returns
UK Orders
UK mainland orders will have a delivery charge as mentioned on the product page. UK order will normally be shipped within 48hours from day of dispatch with a 48 hours delivery service.
It will be customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched. We aim to despatch all orders received by 1pm of the next day from placing the order. If you order after 1pm on Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday. We dispatch orders on weekdays only. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away. If you aren’t home when delivery is attempted, the delivery service will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address (for example, your work address).
We use fast delivery service for all overseas postage. Please note that in most instances this is a trackable service but unfortunately it is not always possible.

Deliveries within Europe usually takes 7-10 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

Deliveries outside Europe usually takes 7-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.

Returns
We allow you 15 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense with your invoice.
We request that you send us the return by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order.
Refunds
A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process. Please note that the original postage charge will not be refunded.
